Trend Integration, LLC was formed in 2002 as a result of the collaboration between the owner of a staffing company and the CEO of a media technology business. Its mission was to improve the job applicant screening process by developing a simple, user-friendly solution that would effectively address key failings of the way most companies phone screen job applicants. Trend Integration’s technical team spent the next two years leveraging the combined power of the Internet and the latest IVR (Interactive Voice Response), database, and web-based technologies to create its first product, InterviewDirect.
Currently, InterviewDirect has screened thousands of applicants across a wide variety of industries such as finance, healthcare, information technology, telecommunications, and retail. It is being used successfully by large global organizations as well as smaller companies to improve their job applicant screening process. In 2005, Trend Integration introduced InterviewDirect College Pro. It combines the power of InterviewDirect with online web screening to help companies manage their college recruiting process. In the brief period since its introduction, InterviewDirect College Pro is being successfully used at 70+ colleges and universities nationwide. In addition, InterviewDirect’s latest release includes many new powerful and versatile features, providing the user with complete flexibility in terms of where in the recruitment process to deploy the technology.
