Trend Integration, LLC ("TI") is committed to respecting the privacy of our users. This

Response (IVR) information services.
Definitions
"You" and "Your" shall be defined as a purchaser of TI's products
or services.

to TI when setting up Your account with TI.
"Your Respondent Information" shall be defined as information TI
collects at Your request from individuals or entities selected and
identified by You.
"Your Respondents" shall be defined as the individuals or entities
identified by You (whose contact information is provided by You
to TI) that You request TI contact for purposes of collecting Your
Respondent Information.
"Your Information" shall be defined as all information collected
by TI from You or on Your behalf, including but not limited to Your
Account Information, Your Respondent Information, and the identity
of Your Respondents.
Disclosure of Information
TI does not disclose to third parties Your Information except as
set forth below.
Certain Account Information shall be disclosed by TI to Your Respondents
for purposes of collecting Your Respondent Information including
but not limited to Your contact information such as your name, address,
phone number and e-mail address. TI may also disclose to Your Respondents
information about TI's services for purposes of facilitating collection
of Your Respondent Information.
TI may disclose Your Information to the extent necessary or appropriate
to comply with applicable laws, court order, subpoena, or in legal
proceedings where such information is relevant.
TI may disclose Your Information to companies and individuals TI
employs to perform functions on our behalf. This may include, for
example, processing credit card payments and providing customer
service. These companies and individuals will have access to Your
Information as necessary to perform their functions.
TI may disclose and transfer Your Information to a third party
who acquires all or a substantial portion of TI's business, whether
such acquisition is by way of merger, consolidation or purchase
of all or a substantial portion of TI's assets.
TI may also share aggregated anonymous information. This may include,
for example, the number of IVR respondents and the number of companies
utilizing a specific TI service.
TI reserves the right to offer You third party services and products
based on Your Account Information.
Security
TI has implemented reasonable technical and organizational measures
designed to secure Your Information from accidental loss and from
unauthorized access, use, alteration or disclosure. However, TI
cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will never be able
to defeat those measures or use such information for improper purposes.
Changes to Privacy Statement
Any changes to TI's Privacy Statement will be posted here so that
You will always know what information TI gathers, how TI might use
that information, and to whom TI will disclose it. If at any time
